A soviet ghost radio called UVB-76 was created during the cold war, and is still broadcasting codes to this day.
To launch "Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War" in Brazil, we broadcast an identical radio transmission with coded award vouchers
which could be used in the game. Of course, consumers had to crack the codes first.
